Standard Delivery

Free UK Mainland Delivery
- Available on all orders over £50
Click & Collect
- Free collection from our showroom in Atherstone
Dispatch & Delivery Times
- Most orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day.
- Some orders, such as custom formulations or high-demand items, may take up to 2 working days to process.
- Once dispatched, most UK mainland orders arrive within 3–5 working days.
- Estimated delivery timeframe is 2–4 business days, depending on location.
- You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Couriers & Tracking
We use different couriers depending on the items in your order:
- Royal Mail – Touch-up pens and bottles
- Evri – Aerosol spray cans and tins
Tracking notes:
- Evri tracking usually updates within 24 hours after dispatch.
- Royal Mail tracking may only update once a delivery attempt has been made.
This ensures the most accurate tracking information is shown for your order.

In your order confirmation email, if you provided an email address at checkout.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled at any time before processing.
- Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
- If you still wish to return the order, you may do so upon delivery. A full refund will be issued once the returned items have been received and inspected.
